Winanga-y Dreaming seeks to improve equality through Cultural Immersion Training. Developed for organisations and adult learners to be better equipped and educated on working with Indigenous people and communities.

Services include:

• Strategies for building appropriate cultural work environments

• Strategies for working with Aboriginal community and people

• Cultural workshops and activities

• Historical overview

• Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP). Identify how an organisation can commit and contribute to reconciliation in Australia. Assist in the development of an action plan for an organisation and discuss practical actions that build relationships and create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
